Police look for suspect in Morrisania fatal assault

THE BRONX - Police are looking for a suspect who allegedly assaulted and killed a man in Morrisania this summer.

Police say Joseph Roman, 60, was involved in a dispute with the suspect in front of 406 East 167th St. During the dispute, the victim was assaulted in the head. He was taken to Lincoln Hospital where he died due to his injuries.

The suspect is described as a black male, 40 to 50 years of age. At the time, he was wearing a blue hat with a white shirt and blue jeans.
