THE BRONX - Police are looking for two suspects who stole a cell phone from a 13-year-old in the subway.

Police say last month the suspects approached the teen on the '4' train station at Jerome Avenue and East Kingsbridge Road. One of the suspects put the victim in a chokehold and demanded money.
