THE BRONX - Police say they have arrested a suspect in connection with a shooting at a party early yesterday morning in Wakefield that sent eight people to the hospital.

Officials say 21-year-old Phillip Muir was arrested and charged with eight counts of attempted murder.

Investigators say they are still looking for 17-year-old Oneil Dasilva in connection with the shooting.

Authorities say the victims range in age from 11 to 24 years old and one victim remains in critical condition.

Anyone with information about the whereabouts of Dasilva is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS.
