Police say a 33-year-old man was shot in the hip before driving his car on Union Avenue at around 5:30 a.m. where he crashed into multiple cars.

BRONX - Police are investigating what caused a multiple vehicle crash Saturday morning.

Police say a 33-year-old man was shot in the hip before driving his car on Union Avenue at around 5:30 a.m. where he crashed into multiple cars.

They say the man is in stable condition at St. Barnabas Hospital.

News 12 spoke with neighbors who say they have never seen anything like that happen on Union Avenue before.
