THE BRONX - One man was injured after a shooting inside an apartment building in University Heights this afternoon, police say.

Authorities responded to the scene at 102 West 183rd St. at 12:30 p.m.

Sources say the victim was shot in the stomach.

Emergency responders took the victim to St. Barnabus Hospital. His condition has not been released.

No arrests have been made in connection to the shooting.

Anyone with information about the shooting is urged to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS.
