THE BRONX - A Bronx church security guard was grazed in the head by a bullet fired by his own brother, police say.

The incident occurred at the Holy Temple Church Monday afternoon. NYPD officers searched for hours to find alleged suspect Sherrod Dixon. He is accused of shooting his brother, Aaron Dixon, a 55-year-old security guard, in the head. Church members say that Sherrod was the last person seen with Aaron before the shooting.

Aaron Dixon is in stable condition. Anyone with information about this incident is encouraged to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS.
