THE BRONX - Police say a man was rushed to the hospital this morning after being shot in front of a school.

Police say the victim was shot in the leg in front of the East Bronx Academy for the Future just after 8:30 a.m.

Cellphone video from a witness allegedly shows the 23-year-old victim being wheeled off on a stretcher into an ambulance.

Police say he was taken to Saint Barnabas Hospital, where he is recovering.

There is no word on any arrests.
