THE BRONX - Police are searching for the person who shot and killed a 39-year-old man just blocks away from his Olinville home.

Authorities say that surveillance video captured the murder as it happened.

According to authorities, Michael Perez was hit in the back by an undetermined number of bullets at Willet Avenue and East 213th Street on Monday night.

Police say the suspect is a male, but they haven't released further details.
