THE BRONX - Police say a man stabbed his wife to death following a dispute Saturday outside a Morris Park home.

The incident occurred on Hone Avenue at around 6:30 p.m. Police say they arrived at the scene to find 23-year-old Amarita Khan lying unconscious outside, in front of a home.

Police say the couple was having a domestic dispute in their car before the alleged murder. She had apparently been attacked in her car before trying to flee.

Relatives of the victim say the couple was visiting from Queens.

Khan was taken to Jacobi Medical Center, where she was pronounced dead.

Her husband, Nazir Khan, was taken into custody and is charged with second-degree murder, manslaughter and criminal possession of a weapon.
