Police probe Bedford Park shooting

BEDFORD PARK - Authorities say they are searching for a black Dodge Magnum after a Bronx man was shot twice in the back.

Police say the man ran into Bedford Park Motors after the shooting, which likely saved his life. The owner of the shop, Neville Douglas, says he worried his employees could have been caught in the crossfire.

Douglas says he's surprised a shooting happened in the normally quiet neighborhood.
