Police say they are investigating a robbery at the Bank of America on Allerton Avenue today.Bank officials issued a statement saying no one was hurt

THE BRONX - Police say they are investigating a robbery at the Bank of America on Allerton Avenue today.

Bank officials issued a statement saying no one was hurt but wouldn't say how much money was taken.

Officials say the bank will likely be closed for the remainder of the day and that other Bank of America branches in the area are prepared to handle the extra customers.
