THE BRONX - One day after a medical examiner ruled the death of a 3-year-old Bronx girl a homicide, police are questioning her stepfather, 27-year-old Kenny Williams.

The medical examiner says India Durant suffered blunt-impact to her torso with internal injuries.

Durant's body was found inside a building in Tremont on Wednesday.

A memorial filled with candles, teddy bears and messages continues to grow outside the building.
