Investigators in the 40th Precinct say Rafael Ortega is a 5'5" and weighs 140 pounds.

In a picture, released by the authorities, Ortega has long hair, but police believe he recently cut his hair short.

He was pronounced dead at Lincoln Hospital. Police have not announced why Ortega allegedly killed Rojas.
