THE BRONX - Police are asking for help identifying an elderly woman found standing on the Grand Concourse Sunday night.

According to officers, the woman has been admitted to St. Barnabas Hospital, but can't remember her name and was not in possession of any identification.

Police estimate that she is between 65 and 75 years old and about 64 inches tall.
