Sprint and police officials say Bronx residents Pedro Rodriguez and Johnny Santana, along with seven other employees, accessed customers' accounts more than 16,000 times. Officials say the crimes were committed between January and June of this year. The employees have been charged with conspiracy to commit wire fraud.
