Police: Teens wanted in rash of BX school burglaries

THE BRONX - Police say they're trying to track down several teen suspects in a string of burglaries at three different schools in The Bronx.

Police say electronics and other items were swiped from P.S 79, P.S. 279 and M.S. 459 in six separate break-ins. Four of the burglaries happened at M.S. 459, according to investigators.

Surveillance cameras captured images of the suspects, some of whom wore masks during the burglaries. Police say they're looking for at least three male suspects, all between the ages of 15-18 years old.

A 13-year-old suspect is already in custody in connection with the burglaries, police say.
