HIGHBRIDGE - While a grocery store was closed for business, teens may have broken in, setting off the building's alarm.

The alarm sounded at around 4 a.m. Friday at the Fine Fare grocery store on Ogden Avenue near East 166th Street in Highbridge. Witnesses say four teens ran away from the scene, one of them wearing an orange sweatshirt.

Police spent Friday morning inspecting the store, which had no visible signs of tampering or broken items. Police are also reviewing video and checking merchandise.

Employees believe that the suspects may have gained access to the store from the roof.
