BROOKLYN - More than 120 children of the New York Institute for Special Education welcomed Santa Claus today with song as he visited the school.

The developmentally disabled children all received the gift of a stuffed polar bear from old Saint Nick.

The children also learned about other holiday celebrations, like Hanukkah and Kwanza.
