BRONX - A program is offering more access to care for children who have been abused.

The Astor Services for Children & Families is now providing walk-in visits through its Open Access Program. Organizers say people can now receive same day care.

The program aims to help those who are actively seeking ways to prevent youth from becoming so disheartened as to consider ending their lives.
