THE BRONX - Residents are frustrated that trash and other debris have been piling up in local parks after the holiday weekend.

In Pelham Bay Park, propane tanks were found. Use of propane tanks is illegal, according to the Department of Parks and Recreation.

The tanks were removed from the park this afternoon.
