THE BRONX - Some Bronx community groups are banding together to demand an end to political corruption.

Dozens rallied outside a Throgs Neck catering hall Wednesday where the Bronx Democratic Party was hosting its annual fundraising dinner.

Protesters called out the growing list of disgraced politicians in the borough, including former Councilman Larry Seabrook, former state Sen. Pedro Espada Jr. and Assemblyman Eric Stephenson.

Democratic leaders responded by saying that organizers of the rally never expressed concerns directly to them.
