THE BRONX - There are some big changes in the works for one of the biggest annual celebrations in the borough.

Members and organizers of the Puerto Rican Day Parade are moving next year's event to June after it was canceled in May due to bad weather.

The route will also be extended by two blocks as organizers promise a bigger and better parade for spectators.
