WOODLAWN - After the day's events of both snow and rain, the roads were slick for Thursday evening's commute.

While the roads were not in the best conditions, the rain that hit the area served to dissipate a lot of the snow on the roads.

Drivers were warned to stay cautious as temperatures dropped and puddles of water started to freeze over.
