Rain washes out City Island profits

CITY ISLAND - Local City Island businesses say they just want the rain to go away so the summer business can come back.

With all the rain that's pummeled the region during June, one ice cream shop owner says business just isn't matching up to past years.

The City Island Chamber of Commerce says this just isn't the year for great business.

Businesses owners are now looking to September and October to bring great weather to help even out what they say they've lost so far in June.
