Close to 100 people rallied today in Wakefield in response to charges being dropped against the officer accused of fatally shooting Bronx teen Ramarley Graham last year.

The rally marks the family's first public response after a judge tossed the indictment against officer Richard Haste, who's accused of shooting Graham at his house last year. The judge says he dismissed the case due to errors that were presented to the grand jury by the district attorney's office.

People at the rally called the judge's decision an injustice. The case can still be presented to the grand jury again for a re-indictment.
