THE BRONX - The family of slain teen Ramarley Graham took their call for justice to the Bronx County District Attorney's Office today.
Loved ones held another rally on East 161st Street, demanding a new indictment against the officer accused of fatally shooting the unarmed 18-year-old last year.
A judge decided last month to throw out the indictment against Richard Haste due to misleading instructions presented to the grand jury. The district attorney will be able to present evidence to a new jury, but there is no timetable for when that will happen.
Graham's mother, Constance Malcolm, thanked everyone for their support during the protest as she collected signatures pleading for another chance at justice.
