Nicole Vitale, a personal trainer at Dolphin Fitness, says it's always hard to stay motivated during the holidays, but it's important to keep fitness in your everyday life.
Vitale says there are several activities you can do at home between eating a feast and buying presents that can prevent holiday weight gain.
