Tenants can voice their opinions on a proposal to increase rent by more than 6 percent.

THE BRONX - Bronx tenants are getting the chance to make their voices heard on potential rent hikes.

The New York City Rent Guidelines Board is holding a public hearing on the latest proposal, which calls for an increase of more than 6 percent.

It starts at 5:30 p.m. at the New Settlement Community Center on Jerome Avenue.
