THE BRONX - Bronx City Councilman Fernando Cabrera (D-14th District) honored four African-American teachers today for their dedication to educating Bronx students.

Cabrera honored the educators by presenting them with an official proclamation for excellence and tireless service to students in the community.

Each teacher has taught at least a decade in the New York City public school system.

Cabrera says he will continue to show gratitude to educators who he calls the most dedicated professionals.
