KINGSBRIDGE -  The Kingsbridge Armory task force and Bronx Borough President Ruben Diaz, Jr. highlighted a number of remodeling suggestions for the historic building in a report unveiled today.

The report suggests a sustainable food industry, sports and wellness center, film studio, school and medical office.

The study was conducted by New York University's Capstone program over the last 18 months.  Students studied the property and looked at proposals from different entrepreneurs.

It also suggests that a public-private partnership would be the best option for redevelopment.
