NEW YORK - A Manhattan think tank has released a report showing that while job growth in the outer boroughs is growing, the MTA has not kept up with the trend.

The Center for an Urban Future says commuters who live in the outer boroughs could face long rides with multiple transfers as a result.

The MTA had no comment on the report.
