WOODLAWN - Woodlawn residents were out Wednesday digging themselves out of the snow.

Most of the streets in the area were plowed early in the day at least once, and many locals say they are satisfied with the work of the Department of Sanitation.

Some businesses, on the other hand, have not fared as well. Owners on the main roads in town say that Mother Nature is costing them money.

The snowfall left the area with frigid temperatures, so residents are urged to bundle up and keep warm.
