Residents concerned about water leakage on East 220th Street in Williamsbridge

One resident says he called 311, and workers arrived on the scene last night.  However, water continues to rush out onto the streets.

WILLIAMSBRIDGE - Residents on East 220th Street in Williamsbridge say they are concerned after finding water pouring onto a sidewalk in their neighborhood.

One resident says he called 311, and workers arrived on the scene last night. However, water continues to rush out onto the streets.

He says he's worried the cold weather and water rushing onto the streets will make for dangerous road conditions.

News 12 reached out to DEP and are still waiting for a response.
