THE BRONX - Residents in West Farms enjoyed a pleasant morning after many spent the night out on lawns or in cars because it was too hot inside.

The power went out last night around 11 p.m., and many residents say they couldn?t sleep without an air conditioner or fan. Some even spent the night awake and others left to sleep in relatives? homes.

Power has since been completely restored to the area. Residents say they plan to take advantage of the milder weather and enjoy a day off.
