Residents fed up with smelly Selwyn tunnel

THE BRONX - Bronx residents say they?ve had enough of the smell coming from Selwyn tunnel.

The sewage tunnel is near Selwyn Avenue and 174th Street. Residents say the structure is in bad condition and leaks much of the time.

Residents say they have contacted the Department of Sanitation but the problem has not been fixed. Some say sanitation crews fix the problem temporarily but it continues to leak.
