THE BRONX - Tenants of three Bryant Avenue buildings who say they live in decrepit conditions are hopeful that new prospective owners might make needed repairs.

Tenants say 1553 Bryant Ave., 1555 Bryant Ave. and 1558 Bryant Ave. have not been repaired since a fire in August.

The group, Exact Capital, says it is in the process of buying the buildings, but it hasn't closed on the deal yet. Tenants say Exact Capital has assured them repairs will be made if it becomes the owner of the three buildings.
