Residents learn about breast health at Jacobi event

THE BRONX - Bronx women received free mammograms and learned how to check for lumps at a breast health event today.

The event was held at Jacobi Medical Center. Doctors at the hospital helped women look for lumps, learn how to take care of their health and see warning signs of breast cancer.

Participants say such events help remind them to make sure they take care of their health.
