Residents: Lights off dangerous in Gun Hill housing

THE BRONX - Residents at the Gun Hill Houses say their outside lights are off every morning and the lack of light is dangerous.

News 12 cameras saw nearly a dozen lights were off this morning creating pockets of dark space between buildings. Some residents say several shootings have occurred in the area.

Residents say the lights have been off in the mornings for more than three years.
