THE BRONX - Bronx residents rallied on the steps of City Hall today in support of the Kingsbridge National Ice Center.

The rally comes just days before City Council is scheduled to vote on the project at the Kingsbridge Armory.

KNIC Partners, the developer, is optimistic that the City Council will approve the ice center. If approved, the center would be the country's largest ice skating rink.

A vote is expected on Dec. 10.
