Residents: Stratford Ave. dog poop a problem

THE BRONX - Residents say dog poop is littering Stratford Avenue and the waste is becoming a problem.

Residents say dog poop outside can be dangerous for other animals and can carry diseases. The Department of Sanitation says it?s difficult to issue summons because a violator must be caught in the act.

Residents say they just want their neighbors to pickup after their pooches.
