THE BRONX - Residents of a Beach Avenue building say they are upset at having no heat or hot water in their homes this winter.

Residents say they have repeatedly contacted the landlord of 1472 Beach Ave. without answer. They say none of the homes in the six-story building have heat, and many of the door locks are broken.

The building has a complaint filed for a defective boiler and several other violations. The management could not be reached for comment.
