THE BRONX - Residents on Vincent Avenue have been fighting for years to fix a crumbling sea wall in Throgs Neck.

Portions of that wall came tumbling down during Sandy, leaving cracks and a large, dangerous sinkhole.

City Councilman James Vacca has been actively working to get the city and the Department of Transportation to take responsibility and fix the wall.
