THE BRONX - Residents are complaining about trash that has piled up over the last five years in a vacant lot on the corner of Boston Road and Pinkney Avenue.

The City's Department of Finance Records says the property that is littered with used tires and broken toilets is owned by a scrap metal company named PASCAP Export Inc.

The area is considered wetland property, which means the city needs permission to go and clean the area. A representative for the Bronx Economic Development Corporation says it has cleaned the area, but that the area continues to get trashed.
