THE BRONX - Residents in Harding Park claim a road in their neighborhood hasn't been paved in more than a decade.

They say Underhill Avenue is littered with pot holes, and causes blow-outs and flat tires.

News 12 The Bronx reached out to the Department of Transportation, and are waiting for a call from the agency on the situation.
