THE BRONX - Residents say growing mounds of garbage in front of a West Farms housing complex have been finally picked up.

News 12 previously reported that garbage began piling up during the snowstorms at the Lambert Houses. The management company says a broken compactor and snow caused a delay in garbage pickup.

Residents say they are relieved garbage has been picked up.
