MANHATTAN - A ribbon-cutting ceremony was held today to open Four World Trade Center.

The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey is set to move into the building in 2015.

Four World trace Center faces the 9/11 Memorial's south reflecting pool.

The event comes one day after One World Trade Center was named the tallest building in the country.
