THE BRONX - The roof of the CVS at the corner of Burke Avenue and White Plains Road collapsed Wednesday afternoon.

According to emergency crews on the scene, heavy snow and ice on the roof is most likely the cause of the collapse. Officials say melted snow also seems to have gotten inside a crack in the roof, weakening the structure.

Lots of water could be seen flowing out of the store's entrance, as the store's sprinkler system broke when the roof came down.

The FDNY says everyone inside the store was able to get out and no one was injured.
