THE BRONX - Several Grand Concourse tenants say their homes are falling apart, leading to dangerous situations.

Lesly Rodriguez says a ceiling nearly fell on her as she recently entered the Roosevelt Gardens building, where her boyfriend and mother live.

Other residents say they've repeatedly reached out to their building's management company for repairs, but haven't seen any work.

Kraus Management says it fixed a steam piping issue that was causing the damage.

Mariah Misla claims the problems have been ongoing for about five years. She says she believes the apartment is so unsafe that she sent her 3-year-old son to live with his father in Brooklyn.

"There's mold coming from our walls," she says. "Bugs and stuff can start coming out of these floors."

The management company says it has offered to relocate Misla and others so it can fix the problems in occupied apartments.
