THE BRONX - The state's Attorney General has released surveillance video of a nurse caught allegedly abusing a disabled patient.

Investigators say the incident occurred at the Bronx Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center on Carpenter Avenue last month.

The surveillance video shows an elderly patient being shoved out of her room. The 72-year-old patient reportedly cut her head and had to get staples.

The suspect has been identified as Rosemarie Brooks. Authorities claim Brooks also falsified her report to cover up the incident. She now faces several charges, including endangering the welfare of an elderly person.
