THE BRONX - The City of New York is getting ready to launch a new safe sex campaign aimed at both young men and women.The campaign is focused in the South Bronx, with ads running in bus shelters and check cashing stores through the end of May.Officials hope the ads encourage both parties to be proactive in using contraception.
